What are the Rules & Regulations for the quarterly “Laugh Hard to Win Big” Contest?
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the contest. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
CONTEST ENTRY PERIOD
Horn and Mane’s “Laugh Hard to Win Big” Contest closes on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries that are not received during the Contest Entry Period will be ineligible.
ELIGIBILITY
The “Laugh Hard to Win Big” Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry and who meet the eligibility requirements. The officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents of Horn and Mane Inc. and their immediate families and those living in the same households of any of the above are not eligible. All Federal, provincial, and local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
HOW TO ENTER
Eligible participants may enter the “Laugh Hard to Win Big” Contest via Instagram. To be eligible, contest participants must complete the following:
- Follow Horn and Mane on Instagram
- Comment on Horn and Mane’s “Laugh Hard to Win Big” post, by captioning the photo for a laugh
- Include hashtag #LaughHardToWinBig
One entry per participant.
PRIZE
One (1) $250 to a Canadian Retailer of the winner’s choosing. Canadian retailer must issue online gift cards to be selected. Total value is $250 CDN.
WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing. Winner will be chosen from all eligible entries received.
Horn and Mane will announce the winner on Thursday, October 27, 2023 before 11:59 p.m. EST on a post on the Horn and Mane Instagram account.
Horn and Mane will make every reasonable effort within its control to send the Prize on or before November 1, 2023. The winner will be required to respond to the notification within five (5) business days. Failure to respond to notifications with all appropriate information (including email address) within five (5) business days, may result in the potential winner being disqualified and an alternate winner selected. If a prize notification or a prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason, the applicable prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. All decisions are final. All federal, provincial, and local tax liabilities are the responsibility of the winners.

If for any reason, this contest is not capable of running as planned, or if this contest or any website associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the contest and processing of entries in accordance with these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in Horn and Mane’s sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, Horn and Mane reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this contest or any portion thereof. If such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension occurs, notification will be posted on Instagram.
